5 Stars – Zack Went Above and Beyond!

I can’t say enough good things about Zack from Leeway AutoGlass! From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. But what really impressed me was his dedication. It started raining, and Zack didn’t let that stop him! He stayed out there and made sure the job was completed.

It’s rare these days to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. Zack definitely went above and beyond, and that kind of work ethic deserves recognition!

Leeway AutoGlass, you’ve got a great one with Zack! I highly recommend asking for him if you need glass work done. Fast, reliable, and outstanding customer service! 👏🏼💯

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Leeway Auto Glass made the whole windshield replacement process seamless from start to finish. Michelle got us set up right away and walked me through the insurance claim so it was fully covered. Zack handled the actual replacement and did excellent work. Clean install, no issues.

What Stands Behind the Reviews at LeeWay Auto Glass

Family-Owned and Operated

Jenny Holden owns and runs LeeWay Auto Glass with more than 10 years in the auto glass trade. Customers deal with the owner’s family team instead of a call center, and questions get straight answers before any work starts.

Auto Glass Safety Council and ADAS Certified

The shop holds Auto Glass Safety Council certification and ADAS certification for work on driver assistance cameras and sensors. That training matters when a new windshield sits in front of lane assist and collision warning systems.

OEM-Equivalent Glass and a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Replacement glass is OEM-equivalent, chosen to match the original in fit and function. Installations carry a lifetime workmanship warranty that covers installation labor, subject to the written terms, so ask for them with your quote.

Mobile Service Across Central Florida

The team can handle eligible repairs and replacements at your home or workplace, mostly in Polk, Lake, and Osceola counties. Availability depends on the vehicle and location, so one call confirms the options.
